Hi I’m Lily
I’m a trained communication designer and Art Director. I started my career as a book designer, working with typography, layout and production, and later moved into brand-driven work across digital and print. Today I design visual identities, branding, packaging, e-commerce experiences and campaigns with a clear and consistent brand focus.
As an Art Director and team lead, I guided small design teams and worked closely with marketing and other disciplines. I coordinated external production partners such as printers and photographers from briefing to final delivery. I value open communication, a collaborative way of working and treating people with empathy and kindness, while keeping a strong focus on quality and detail.

Led a three-person design team and directed the complete rebranding of the company, including logo, packaging, typography, imagery and the overall brand system. Responsible for creative direction and production of photoshoots and for building a consistent visual identity across e-commerce, performance campaigns, POS and print.

Collaborated on design and production projects for high-profile brands including dm, Gräfe und Unzer, ALDI Süd / ALDI Nord, Kikkoman, Tchibo and ZEIT. Responsibilities included typesetting, interior layout, cover design, pitch presentations, preparation of print-ready files and print production management.
